FIRST WEEK
AND BEYOND
I am so proud of you for getting your first key steps completed! That’s huge. Now is time to actually start taking some steps that are going to help you begin to really build your business! It is SO normal to feel a little nervous, or even uncomfortable! Getting out of your comfort zone is HARD, but I will be right by your side supporting you and I can promise you it is so freaking worth it! Let’s jump in!
There are 3 key steps in getting your business started:

Booking Practice Calls
I am going to outline what this looks like below, and want you to select 2 you feel most comfortable with to get started. Once you’ve selected two, send a text to your upline to either book in your launch dates or start to find some times that work to book some practice calls. If you choose social, you can go ahead and get started with that right away!
1. LAUNCHING ON SOCIAL
This may look like making an Instagram story post of the success blueprint and sharing how you’re so excited to be jumping into something new on your stories! It could also look like choosing to share 1-3 products on your stories 3x in your first week. A post of your fizz and share how it gives you energy and, why you love it, + the benefits of it. It could look like writing an Instagram post about how you decided to jump into Arbonne and are so excited about your new business, sharing a smoothie recipe, cookie recipe, or your skincare routine! Whatever products you’re already using and loving, decide to start sharing in some way with your network through social.
2. LAUNCHING ON ZOOM OR IN PERSON

Launching on zoom or in person is just selecting two dates/times that work with you and your upline to give a quick little overview about what arbonne is! ITs a chance for you to share with your friends and family why you decided to start this business, and a place they can learn some key facts about the company to better understand what you’re doing and why! This is a huge key step in getting your business started! It allows your network to know why this matters to you, why you love it, and also lets know you’re now an arbonne consultant! You can help with their nutrition, skincare, beauty and wellness product needs! I keep the launches very casual and no pressure. I promise. Your friends and family will not feel any pressure to purchase, its just information so they can better understand what you’re up to and why! I KNOW this part feels really scary - I call it coming out of the arbonne closet, but just trust me all of these pieces are essential and needed in order to give you the most successful start possible.

If you are choosing this to get started with, you don’t need to know all the details, you just need to work on selecting some dates that work for you and your upline and getting them booked in the calendar! Once that’s complete you can discuss all the details of what executing the event will actually look like, and can check out the scripts and videos below.

We are so proud of you for starting your practice calls! I know we started with 3-5, but now I would love for you to challenge yourself to write a list of 30 people and work on booking calls with 30 people over the next 30 days! If you are serious about growing and would like to earn around $250=$1000 a month, doing these 30 calls, plus your launches and sharing consistently on social is the best way to get there!! Of course there are no guarantees, but from my experience, all of my consultants who have executed the 30 calls plus launched their business typically promote to DM by doing this!! SO I want to encourage you to trust us! If you follow this system it will bring you success and results over time!!
Something else that is helpful is setting goals for either 2500, District Manager or First Step Area in your first 1-2 months in business! Everyone works at different paces, so pick something that feels good! There are also sample verbiage ideas for how to do reach outs about products or business if you’re ready to move beyond your initial foundational activities like (practice calls, launches, and social).
If you’ve executed your calls and launches, and feel good about those two things, now you can start learning how to continue to grow your business in new ways that feel aligned with you! Below are some ideas on who else you might know if you want to start building up your list of people you know! These people may be great connectors, prospective clients or business builders, or people who love you and would be willing to support you! It would be worth building a list of 20,30,50 people to start seeing who you are already connected to within your immediate network!
It’s likely you already have a lot of people in your network you haven’t yet thought about! I want you to start by racking your brain of all the people you know in your life:

Fitness/Exercise Acquintances

Family Friends( Parents, siblings, aunts, cousins friends)

Family(aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents)

Service Providers (Haircare, skincare, nails, waxing, cleaners, landscapers etc)

Social Media friends

Old FB connections

Extra Curricular activity connections(sports, parents of kids at sports, etc)
2. Now using this as a general guide, try to write down 5-10 people from each of those categories!
I want you to remember that your friends and family can be amazing connectors, but won’t be the ones to help you grow beyond the first level! Be so grateful for those close connections but if you truly want to succeed, it’s important to expand beyond that! The same way if we opened a salon we wouldn’t constantly be calling our mom or best friend asking them to get a haircut weekly to keep us in business, we don’t want to be constantly asking the same ppl to order expecting them to be able to get our business growing! We want a variety of clients and consultants and want our list of clientele to always be growing ! So use this as a starting point for your list to get things moving forward !
